Petrokem FlexSeal® WP is a high quality two component, flexible, cementitious mortar for waterproofing and protection of various construction applications. It is recommended to waterproof concrete/cement plastered surfaces or concrete/cement plastered water retaining structures such as exposed concrete slabs, balconies, flower troughs, terraces, floor/shower areas in bathrooms, earth retaining structures, swimming pools, ponds, water tanks, and many more surfaces that needs waterproofing and protection. The product consists of a mortar based pre mixed powder component and a liquid polymer component. The two components should be mixed to obtain a brushable, smooth cementitious slurry which has excellent adherence to most substrates including cement plaster, concrete structures, wood, steel, plasterboard, plywood and many more surfaces. The product also can be used for concrete/cement plastered drinking water tanks.
